Smoke vs. Vapor

smoke vs. vapor

Combustion is the oldest method known to man for burning tobacco products and herbal blends.  To release tobacco`s active ingredients though, combustion itself does not have to occur.  Vaporizing can give the same effect as smoking without actually burning the tobacco.

Harmful byproducts and unwanted odors are therefore eliminated.  Some of the byproducts resulting from combustion include: ash, tar, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and a handful of other gases and carcinogens.  Such gases and carcinogens are known to greatly increase the likelihood of various cancers.

To make matters worse, since smoking is basically breathing in fire, a smoker`s lungs and throat are constantly subjected to high amounts of damaging heat.  Not only does smoking create many unhealthy and unwanted side effects, but studies have shown that 25-50% of the active ingredients contained in tobacco are destroyed through the act of combustion itself.  Smoking blocks taste and destroys the natural flavor of tobacco and herbal blends.

In contrast, vaporizing warms tobacco to a temperature below the level of combustion.  The resulting effect volatizes the active ingredients of tobacco into the form of vapor. Vaporizers are ideal for buildings where smoking is not permitted because the resulting vapor is odorless and nearly invisible when exhaled.

Since vaporizing does not use flame to ignite the tobacco product, no active ingredients are lost in the process.  Natural tastes and flavors are left to be enjoyed by the user. Pure vapor is also much cooler to inhale than smoke and contains little or no tar.  Cigarette smokers can still get their desired nicotine fix, only they don`t have to inhale harmful smoke to do so.

"Thanks, I'd like to point out that the posts from users about the inavap really helped me decide to buy this vapouriser. You should consider targeting the UK market more as the only decent vapourisers available here are v. expensive, the cheaper ones being large, unwieldy and basically not as good as yours, by all accounts."

"I've been a vapor convert for about 6 years now and I have tried just about every
(heat gun, glass dome, vapor brothers style, and convection) vaporizer on the market. While every vaporizer has their pros and cons, the Inavap is my current vaporizer of choice. One stem is enough for 2-3 people and a dozen hits compared to 1-2 from the Aromazap (which I also own). My Aromazap tends to "burn" my smoking material a tad bit, thus defeating the purpose of vaporizing. Every hit from the Inavap is a pure, flavorful vapor and I am definitely recommending this device to all my health conscious friends."
